Tournament Terms & Conditions

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

•              Registration opens 12th December 2024 and closes 11:59pm BST on Wednesday 27th August 2025.

•              Cancellation and refund requests must be made by 11:59pm BST on Wednesday 20th August 2025.

•              Registration fees are non-refundable but event fees will be refunded up to the cancellation date of August 20th.

•              Tournament director has the discretion to combine categories in the event of too few entries and also to move players between categories, and their decision is final.

•              Submission of Tournament results is at the discretion of the organisers.

•              Agree to follow any Covid-19 related requirements

•              Promise to follow pickleballWales code of conduct and uphold pickleballWales values.

•              Signing this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs may be taken at this event and I give permission to pickleballWales, pickleballEngland and pickleb.co.uk to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event and the sport. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
